Terms & Conditions:
3 month minimum commitment required. Memberships could also be of 6 or 9 months. Payments of $140.00 will be deducted from the credit card number provided by member the 1st of each month for the membership term purchased. A membership may be cancelled with 30 days notice before next payment. Memberships are transferable. Memberships are not refundable. A VIP MembershipCard with an ID Number will be assigned and VIP Card must be presented upon
request.
