Pre-Natal/Pregnancy Massage

Reflexology is based on the concept that each body part is represented on the bottom of the feet and the palm of the hands and that putting pressure on certain areas can have a therapeutic effects on the body. Reflexology stimulates the flow of energy in the body, improves circulation, and relieves stress.
